FAQ’S
HOW DO WE LOCK YOU IN?
Let’s grab a coffee/beer/wine at my local or alternatively jump on a zoom call and have a chat about your big day! You guys can decide if you’d like to have me as part of your wedding! I’d then just require a $1000 deposit to lock everything in. I’ll send over your wedding contract and once that’s signed we’re good to go! The remainder of your balance isn’t due until 3 weeks out from your big day. This can be paid in instalments or as a one-off payment. I can then help you both out in writing up a perfect wedding schedule so the day can run as smoothly as possible. I’m always available to you guys to answer any wedding-related questions you might have. I’ll check out your venue about 1-2 weeks out from the wedding and suss the light and best spots for photos on the day!
WHAT ARE YOU FEES?
Prices start at $3700 for 6 hours of photography. I typically shoot for 8 hours on the day which is a nice sweet spot to capture everything from getting ready through to the d-floor later on. I’ll send you guys my wedding price guide with all the information you need once you’ve enquired.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I’m currently based out of Melbourne but I’m available to shoot weddings regional, interstate or worldwide.
SHOULD WE DO AN ENGAGEMENT SHOOT?
Engagement shoots are a great way to help you guys become more comfortable in front of the camera. I totally get it, getting your photo taken can feel super awkward! So doing an engagement session is a great warm up for your wedding! You’ll get to see how I work, you’ll get a heap of extra beautiful photos of you and your partner (on top of your wedding photos), there’s no pressure or time constraints, you can wear whatever you want, we can shoot wherever you want and best of all, we’ll have a ridiculous amount of fun doing it! By the time we get around to shooting your wedding, you guys will be pros! You’ll feel much more comfortable getting you photo taken, which will help me capture those natural and candid moments!
SHOULD WE GET A SECOND SHOOTER?
I’m 100% capable of shooting a wedding on my own and have been doing so for many years now. However, I do offer a second photographer option as an add-on for my wedding packages. Having a second shooter with me is great for larger weddings when there’s a lot going on and a lot to capture. They’re also fab for capturing different angles of the bride walking down the aisle during the ceremony. While we’re shooting bridal party photos I’ll often leave my second shooter with your guests to capture candid moments and also to capture some detail shots of your reception styling. If you’re not really sure if you need one or not, hit me up and tell me about your big day and we can decide whether it’s right for you.
WHAT IF WE’RE AWKWARD INFRONT OF THE CAMERA?
This is by far the number one thing couples say to me! Don’t worry, so am I! I totally understand it can feel super awkward getting your photo taken. But this is where my experience comes in! My photography style is very natural with authentic smiles and laughs and is really about capturing you guys having the best f*cking time! I achieve this by getting you both to focus on each other, it’s like I’m not even there! You’ll be too distracted to even worry about what I’m doing. We’ll play some games, have a laugh, get silly and take some bloody magic photos of you both having a killer time.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH PRESSURE?
I’m as cool as a cucumber! I’ve shot enough weddings now to know how to deal with everything that happens on the day, including any problems that might occur. Rain, time restrictions, even red wine on the wedding dress (it’s happened before!). I like to be as involved as possible with your planning of the day. I’ll help you guys write out a wedding schedule with all the timings so everything can run as smoothly as possible. I also love to check out all the spots for the bridal photos, time permitted, I usually have 2 epic locations up my sleeve, and a third option just incase it rains. It pays to be organised!
SHOULD WE DO SUNSET PHOTOS?
ABSOLUTELY!!! This is the best time of day for taking photos, it’s when the magic happen! Ideally we’ll plan your bridal party photos as close to sunset as possible, but often the sun will be setting later during your reception. Not to worry though! We’ll pop out for 15 mins just before the sun sets, usually while guests are eating, we’ll get some cute photos in that magic light, then have you back in no time!

ALBUMS
There’s nothing more special than seeing your beautiful wedding photos printed onto something tangible, away from your tiny digital screens.
These epic wedding albums are hand-made and will last a lifetime! Something to show the grand-kiddies! The books are 10x10 inch in size and come with a protective slip case, made with an elegant black linen which has your name and wedding date debossed. Your photos are then printed on 50 pages of high quality cotton rag paper which will preserve the images forever!
The albums consist of about 80 images from your wedding, which you guys get to choose. I can help you out with your selections and give you some tips on how to make the best choice of photos. Once your selections are made and you‘re both happy with the layout of the book, I’ll send it off to get printed and it’ll be delivered to your door in about 2-3 weeks. One 10x10 inch wedding album is included in my large photography package.
overseas
WEDDINGS
If you wedding is outside of Melbourne, interstate or overseas, no problems! I’ll travel far and wide to capture your special day!
I’ll venture far and wide to photograph your wedding, whether it’s interstate or even overseas, lets make it work! I’ve photographed weddings in Italy and Ireland to name a few, I’d love to be part of your big day no matter where it is!
If your wedding is over 3 hours by car outside the Melbourne CBD, I’d require 2 nights accommodation, the night before and the night of your wedding. This way and can arrive comfortably the day before your wedding to check out the venue and all the photo locations.
If your wedding requires me to fly interstate or overseas, I’d need the flights, accommodation and a hire car (if required) covered. Head to my enquiry page and get in contact for more info.

Let’s meet
We’ll tee up an online chat so we can all meet, get to know each other, discuss you wedding and go over all the in’s and out’s of the day.
02.
Lock it in
If you want to lock me in for your wedding date, I require a $1000 deposit. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before the big day.
03.
I’m here to help
I’ll assist you guys with any questions you have to make your wedding day run as smoothly as possible. I’ll send you guys through a draft schedule which we can tailor to your liking . Use me as your wedding resource!
04.
The wedding
Aside from taking photos, I’m there to make sure everything is running on time and more importantly, to make sure you’re having the best day ever!
05.
Sneak peak photos
I’ll send you both a sneak peak online gallery within 48 hours of the wedding, including about 50+ photos. Perfect for socials and to let the world you’re married!
06.
You’ve got mail
I’ll send your final online gallery through with about 750+ photos 5-6 weeks after the wedding.
07.
Album design
About a week after I’ve sent your final online gallery we’ll start designing your bespoke wedding album. This will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 weeks after we’ve finished the final design.
